01 Our story

A contractor you can rely on.

Relcon was founded in Baku in 2020 with a simple idea: a building project should feel as dependable as the building itself.

Since then we have delivered private residences and villas, commercial interiors and public buildings across Azerbaijan. Design, engineering and construction sit under one roof, so every project has one team, one contract and one person responsible for it.

We work with vetted suppliers, put deadlines in writing and stay with our clients after handover. It is how we earn the next project, and the one after that.
