This policy explains how Relcon LLC (“Relcon”, “we”) handles personal data collected through relcon.az.

What we collect
When you send a quote request, we receive the details you enter: your name and phone number and, if you add them, your email address, project type, location, budget, timeline and message. We ask only for what we need to answer your request.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, prepare an estimate and discuss your project with you. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
How the form works
Form submissions are sent straight to our mailbox, [email protected], by our own website server; no outside form service is involved. The website and the mailbox are hosted by HostGator in its Frankfurt data centre in Germany. If a request cannot be sent, the form shows our phone number and WhatsApp so you can reach us directly.
Maps, WhatsApp and cookies
The site sets no cookies. It stores one technical setting in your browser for the current session: whether you have already seen the opening animation. The map in the contact section loads from Google Maps only when you choose to show it, and WhatsApp links open WhatsApp; their own privacy policies then apply. If we add analytics in the future, it will run only after you accept it in the cookie banner.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any resulting contract, and as required by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
