About the project

A residential courtyard in Ganja rebuilt for Ganja City Executive Power, completed in 2026.

The bare ground between the apartment blocks was levelled and laid with red concrete paving and new kerbs. A roofed gazebo with a timber deck and a round stone seating area now give residents places to sit and meet, and a fenced mini football pitch sits among the mature plane trees.

New green areas with shrubs and young trees, and an irrigation line to keep them watered, edge the paths throughout the courtyard.
